1. Order an all grain recipe of your choice from a homebrewing store (some are listed on our
purchase page).

2. Fill 5 gallon pot with 3.5 gallons of water.

3. Attach Automasher to range to automatically heat water to 77 degrees Celsius.

4. When water is ready, add the crushed grain and set the Automasher to 66-68 degrees Celsius.
Stir at times, especially when Automasher is heating.

After 1.5-2 hours, the mash will be finished. Note how sweet and thick the Automasher has
made the liquor. The sugars feed the yeast during fermentation.

5. Pour mixture into a straining unit.

6. Refill pot with 4.5 gallons of water.

7. Perform step 3 again.

8. Trickle the hot water into straining unit while collecting runoff in 5 gallon pot.

9. Put pot back onto stove and set Automasher to 95 degrees Celsius.
This will prepare for boiling while preventing boilover.

10. Boil the runoff (wort) for one hour, adding hops when necessary.

11. After allowing wort to cool to 80 degrees, aerate, pour into plastic bucket, and add yeast.
